How is Spitio held accountable to the Price Match Guarantee?

If you accept an offer from Spitio and the Price Match Guarantee is applicable, an agreement will be issued which will state the Price Match Guarantee amount.  

When Spitio re-sells your home, we will verify whether or not you are owed any money under our Price Match Guarantee. If you are, we will get in touch with you within 7 days of the sale closing.
