I have an old Real Property Report (RPR). Is this sufficient?

A dated RPR may be sufficient as long as it still reflects the current state of improvements on the property. If you’ve added structures to the property - for example, a new detached garage or A/C unit - you will need to order an updated RPR and submit for city compliance.
