How does Spitio make money?

Spitio will purchase your home for its current fair market value, and charge a service fee of 6-11%. We charge because we are also selling and listing in the market. We only make money if the ultimate sale price minus our purchase price is more than the costs we incurred to buy, hold and sell the home.
